During the planning and development phase of the SDLC, the team was introduced to the MoSCoW Model. This method allows refinement of the project scope, allowing the team to prioritize features for the current version of the project and reserve other features for future versions. Must haves are the primary requirements, focusing on features that must be incorporated in the minimum viable product. Should haves and Could haves are elements that would be nice to have but would only be incorporated if time allows. Lastly, Won't haves are elements that should be saved for later implementations because they exceed the scope of the current project.
